Deborah has been working with individuals in social services for more than 30 years, beginning in Seattle where she worked with the downtown emergency service center. She then moved to Montana in 1996 and worked as a clinical chaplain providing end of life care in the hospital/hospice setting for twelve years. Deborah completed her master's in social work and is credentialing for addiction counseling while serving those marginalized with substance use disorders, traumatization, and behavioral health needs in the Gallatin Valley.

Deborah understands through lived and professional experience how a compassionate presence can ease the overwhelm and distress that are natural during difficult times. She also recognizes the importance of screening, assessing, and diagnosing neurodiverse to reduce harm and further alienation of those struggling. Deborah has a passion for supporting and encouraging neurodivergent teens, young adults, couples and families--those grappling with substance use disorders, addictive behaviors, and self-esteem. She is available for assessments and on-going counseling.
